GOVERNANCE / SIX MANDATORY QUESTIONS
Six questions.
No wishful thinking.
Every experiment must address PROBLEM, COST, ADVANTAGE, RISK, INDEPENDENT_TEST and ECONOMICS.
These are not a sixth technology system and not a reporting formality. They are the shared acceptance criteria for all five core functions. 'Not demonstrated' is a valid answer.
01 / ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
What must be demonstrated?
The same test applies to a forecast, process automation, optimizer, specialist AI method or digital product.
What exactly is the problem?
Describe the situation and who experiences it. Technical fashion and public discussion alone are not proof of a real need.
What does the problem cost?
Estimate measurable losses, wasted time or other costs, with sources. Unknown figures remain unknown rather than becoming fabricated ROI.
Why is our solution better?
Identify the strongest available alternative, including free tools, and compare using the same conditions and evaluation rules.
What could go wrong?
Review data quality, licensing, GDPR, money, access control, supplier dependencies and unfavorable scenarios.
Who verifies the result?
A separate Examiner checks inputs, calculations, thresholds and whether the evaluation was changed to manufacture a PASS.
Is the net benefit real?
Account for engineering, operations, distribution, support, risk and owner time. Projections are not received payments or profit.
02 / IN PRACTICE
One decision protocol across technologies
The P1.9 acceptance materials explicitly report missing evidence rather than silently accepting synthetic success.
01 · Can technical research proceed without a confirmed buyer?
A lawful, free, bounded SELF-OWNED or synthetic test may proceed if it makes no commercial claim. Proof of market demand is a separate requirement.
02 · What if the Examiner rejects a candidate?
Keep the evidence, block commercial promotion, refine the question or stop. A rejected hypothesis can still be valuable knowledge.
03 · Who approves money and external actions?
The owner must separately approve spending, access to customer data, product releases, public communication and financial operations.
04 · What counts as independent evaluation?
Separate checking logic, protected thresholds, comparable strong baselines, preserved evidence and reproducible calculations—not repeating the executor's claim.
03 / CORE PRINCIPLE
Stopping is sometimes the professional result
NEYRINA LAB must not label a hypothesis a proven product when its users, economics or lawful use are unknown. Our objective is to improve the quality of decisions, including the ability to reject weak opportunities.
