NEYRINA LAB / LEGAL & PRIVACY
Privacy policy
Minimal collection and no covert advertising trackers.
The current website is a static NEYRINA LAB presentation without user accounts, payment forms or a contact form.

01 / Website functionality
The pages are available in Russian, English and French. Language changes use ordinary links; no personal visitor profile is created.
The localStorage key neyrina_lab_motion stores the visitor's animation preference in their browser. The site does not intentionally transmit this preference to a separate analytics service.
02 / NEYRINA LAB
02 / Technical access logs
The website runs on a Google Cloud virtual machine using Nginx. The server may process IP addresses, request times, requested paths, user agents and error information; some of these can be personal data.
On this Nginx server, logs are rotated daily and 14 archived copies are retained (approximately two weeks of history). The VM is in Google Cloud zone us-west1-b (Oregon, United States), so technical visitor data may be processed outside the EEA. International transfer safeguards depend on the applicable Google Cloud agreement, which still needs to be verified for this specific account. This does not imply that Google processes no data.

03 / Cookies and external services
The current static package includes no advertising SDK, third-party analytics, embedded video, forms or paid API calls. The website itself does not intentionally create advertising cookies.
The final hosting and proxy setup must still be checked for additional trackers. New features will require an updated notice and consent where legally necessary.

04 / Rights and contact
The public contact for the project and privacy-rights requests is Tony Resh at antresh@yandex.com. The individual's civil legal name, home address and private phone number are not displayed.
Hosting-provider particulars and responsibilities will be completed after confirming the account's actual contractual arrangements.
To request access, correction, erasure or to object to relevant personal-data processing, contact Tony Resh at antresh@yandex.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL, where applicable.
Server-log purposes are delivering pages, detecting technical faults, protecting the service and preventing abuse. The legal basis for necessary security logs is the publisher's legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against visitors' rights. Log access is limited to the server administrator and Google Cloud's infrastructure provider under applicable terms. Data is not sold or used for advertising profiling. Transfers of technical data to the United States are subject to the applicable Google Cloud data-processing terms and contractual safeguards; information about these safeguards can be requested at antresh@yandex.com.
