S5 / OWNED TECHNOLOGY

Knowledge into products.
Products into assets.

S5 aims to turn a reproducible technical solution into a standalone digital asset owned by NEYRINA LAB.

Our first economic priority is to build tools for our own use that could later generate verifiable revenue. No product has been commercially launched yet, so we make no profitability claim.

01 / PRODUCT DISCIPLINE

Not every prototype is a product

Code, experiments and visual design are not a business on their own. We must resolve meaningful uncertainty first.

User and problem

Is there a specific audience for whom the solution beats existing free and paid choices? Interest is not the same as willingness to use or pay.

Rights and provenance

Who owns the code, data, training material, models and derived work? Are licenses and third-party rights compatible with the intended product?

Unit economics

How do actual receipts compare with computing, maintenance, distribution, taxes, support and founder time? Cash flow must be distinguished from projections.

02 / FIRST RESEARCH CANDIDATE

A French consumer problem

Rattrapage is a working hypothesis for reviewing delayed energy billing in France. The study uses fictional examples and examines time limits, exceptions and uncertainty in the legal context.

What exists

A small, free research module checks calendar intervals, flags special conditions and refuses unsupported legal conclusions when essential consumption data is missing.

What does not exist

No proven customer demand, no advantage established over Énergie-Info or other free checkers, no released app and no actual product revenue.

03 / SELF-OWNED PROFIT MODEL

Real earnings must precede growth claims

A technically successful experiment may be economically unsuccessful. We require real receipts, full cost accounting, ongoing support costs, rights clearance and repeatable outcomes before describing a product as profitable.

Until those conditions are satisfied, S5 remains a product-design and research function.
