S2 / PROCESS AUTOMATION

Less repetition.
More control.

S2 turns repeatable tasks into defined sequences with validated inputs, outputs and stop conditions.

It does not silently change external records or spend money. The current priority is to reproduce internal tasks safely and prepare inspectable drafts.

01 / PURPOSE

A workflow is a verifiable route

Automation is useful when it reduces actual effort or errors after accounting for operating costs—not merely when an AI can click a button.

Process specification

Define the trigger, required documents, permitted operations, outputs and what constitutes completion.

Typed hand-offs

Transfer testable artifacts between steps, not unstructured prose that can silently change meaning.

Error handling

When a required fact is missing or a contract is violated, stop and record the reason rather than guessing.

02 / CURRENT RESEARCH

From a task to a controlled draft

In the P1.9 research cycle, S2 can receive a selected internal task and prepare restricted local material. Sending invoices, emails or public releases is outside the active permissions.

01

Receive the task

Accept input from an authorized, bounded source.

02

Validate the format

Check required fields and legal/technical constraints.

03

Prepare a draft

Produce a local artifact with no external effect.

04

Hand off for review

Record the outcome for Examiner or halt the workflow.

03 / PERMISSION BOUNDARY

No invisible external actions

Outreach, financial transactions, real customer data, changes to accounting systems and paid calls require separate approval. Passing a synthetic S2 test is not an industrial deployment authorization.
